The hotel's location is close to the central area and is convenient for sightseeing. the room is spacious and clean with a beautiful spa, a great shower and lots of hot water. the staff at check-in was obliging and helpful.

During check-out, we had an unpleasant experience with an argumentative male staff who did not want to honor the advertised online rate and wasted our time with his arguments.

the room was really impressive. It was spacious, clean, and had a stunning spa that was perfect for relaxation after a day of shopping. the shower was another highlight , great water pressure and piping hot water made for a really enjoyable experience. In terms of location, this hotel was spot, on. It was close to the city center, which meant I could easily get to the shops and restaurants that I wanted to visit. All in all, it was a really enjoyable stay.

There were a couple of downsides that I should mention.

We had a less-than-pleasant interaction with a male receptionist upon our return from exploring the area. Despite having booked the room online at an advertised rate, he argued with us for over half an hour and initially refused to honor the rate.

There was only one minor negative experience at this hotel, and that was the noise in the morning. the rooms were not soundproof, so it was a bit difficult to sleep in as the noise from the nearby street was audible.
